Glee is a musical comedy-drama TV series that airs on Fox in the United States. The Show was focusing on the high school show choir (a modern glee club) called New Directions. It was written and created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan. The show was casted by Dianna Agron, Chris Colfer, Jessalyn Gilsig, Jane Lynch, Jayma Mays, Kevin McHale, Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Heather Morris, Matthew Morrison, Mike O�Malley, Amber Riley, Naya Rivera, Mark Salling, Jenna Ushkowitz. The first season o this TV series was begun airing on September 9, 2009. This show gained 2010 Golden Globe Award for Best Television Series in musical and comedy. They also receive three additional nomination for Best Actress (Lea Michele), Best Actor (Matthew Morrison), and Best Supporting Actress (Jane Lynch). The show also won a People�s Choice Award for favorite TV comedy in this year 2010. The show received mostly positive reviews from critics and viewers. The first season of this series also gained a Peabody Award. It won four Emmy Awards including Outstanding Supporting Actress for Jane Lynch, Outstanding Guest Actor for Neil Patrick Harris and Outstanding Direction of a Comedy Series for Ryan Murphy�s direction of tha pilot episode. It also nominated for 15 other Emmy Awards.
