The Hungry Ghosts is written and directed by Michael Imperioli, an Italian American actor, television writer and also a director. The film is about Matthew (Emory Cohen), a teenage boy in New York who has therapy together with his father because of their troubled communication. After the session the boy runs away. His mother is really worried about him but his father didn�t. He stays in the park at night, where he meets and picked up by the couple. They give him drugs and alcohol and after that the woman has sex with him while the man watches them.
